Senior Contract Specialist provides construction-related contracting services to effect timely and cost-effective procurement of contractual services, safeguard University interests, and ensure compliance with laws and regulations, University policies and procedures, as well as conformance with applicable industry contracting standards. The Specialist will also participate in grants administration, including preparing applications and budgets and ensuring compliance with applicable requirements.

A Bachelor?s degree in Business, Public Administration or Contract Management. At least two years, though preferably five years, of contract administration experience with preference for experience in administration of facilities maintenance and construction contracts. Computer literacy, to include MS Office Suite applications Excellent oral and written communication skills? particularly for writing clear and concise instructions and technical reports. Ability to work effectively both individually and as team member, and to represent the University in a professional manner.
