Are you interested? We are seeking a strong HR BP based in Atlanta, GA and will support surrounding area along with the Carolinas. Will be serving over 700 employees. The HR BP will report to the Directing Manager of HR for the South Eastern Region, as well as a dotted line to the Territory and Campus Leadership A Bachelor and/or Masters Degree is preferred, and must have proven success as a strategic business partner. The successful candidate will possess HR thought leadership, action-orientation, customer focus, interpersonal savvy and process management skills. Additionally, must have proven ability to quickly build strong business acumen, establish collaborative relations with the management team, and effectively foster employee relations in a dynamic environment. Job Description:
1. Assists and advises managers with human resources issues and offers resolutions within corporate guidelines.
2. Facilitates the performance review process and advise managers as needed regarding disciplinary actions.
3. Acts as a resource to staff to answer questions related to benefits, payroll, promotion policies and performance issues.
4. Assist in providing feedback to HR leadership team as well as identify training needs and assist in development of training materials.
5. Maintain human resource data bases, computer software systems and manual filing systems for a region or location.
6. Facilitate the HR process and policy recommendations to campus leaders.
7. Leads HR initiatives for assigned client groups including talent management/succession planning, management coaching and development and employee communications.

Job Requirements:
? A general knowledge of business administration, with a thorough knowledge of the Human Resources field, as normally obtained through the completion of a bachelor?s degree in human resources, business, or related field required. Certified HR Professional strongly preferred.
? Three to five years experience as an HR Generalist.
? Ability to effectively communicate, persuade or negotiate in both written and oral formats to all organizational levels to perform the functions listed above, using standard human resources terms.
? Must be results oriented and able to manage multiple projects, processes or activities simultaneously.
? Must have a relatively high level of analytical ability to solve problems and effectively manage complex and sensitive issues.
