Can't sign out of Vudu on game consoles? - VUDU Forums

The PS3 is tied to a VUDU account when you activate it. To activate to a different account you can delete the VUDU app and re-download it - it will then ask you to activate to a VUDU account the first time you run it.

On the XBox you associate a VUDU account with your Xbox gamer tag (that way you actually have access to your VUDU account on any Xbox you log into). To unassociate your VUDU account from your Xbox user you should contact customer care.
