The Development Manager is responsible for securing approximately one third of the annual operating budget each year from business within the service area (the state of Delaware, Maryland, and New Jersey).
The individual in this role must have a proven track record of success in business to business sales and/or intangible sales. The successful candidate will have a high level of comfort and experience making cold calls, generating leads, and navigating introductions.
