I?m sorry, am I understanding the use of land contracts??
I find a property that has a high appraisal/equity value. Then place it on a LC, then can I quickly refinance it with a lender that does not require seasoning and payoff the LC and cash out immediately? Or immediately sell to a home buyer?
Please tell me how I could work this. I have no cash and bad credit. I?m trying get started in real estate
